Lee Anne Morgan was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. Her consulting career began in 1987 when Arthur Anderson joined her and the focus became advising major marketers on integrating agency search and agency compensation. 

Before consulting, her history began in New York where she participated in Ogilvy & Mather’s management training program, while working as a media supervisor as well as in account management. After seven years, she went off to DDB followed by Saatchi where she developed its global business development program. My agency career ended with Ketchum in New York where she was SVP/Chief Marketing Officer. 

Lee Anne’s creative roots began long before advertising as a young dancer/singer in Cleveland where she grew up and also had a local television show and dance studio. I left for New York at eighteen to study acting at Actor’s Studio and was a dancer with thes June Taylor Dancer on the Jackie Gleason television show. Later in life as a creative she focused her efforts on fine art photography and writing and has one book to her credit.
